Ndumiso is headed for Argentina and needs your help

Ndumiso Ngema is headed for great things.

Vryheid Landbou High School pupil, Ndumiso Ngema, has been presented with the opportunity to represent, not only his school, but the country in a 7’s Rugby Tournament in Argentina in December.Having always been fascinated by rugby, Ndumiso has worked hard to make his name recognised as one of the young stars to definitely look out for in the coming years.

“I cannot compare the amount of joy I get when I walk onto the field, it’s just a blessing for me. I believe this opportunity is a key to the doors of success,” he said.

Ndumiso was named rugby player of the year in 2009, most promising rugby player of the year in 2011, most improved rugby player of the year 2012, rugby player of the year 2013 and 2015.

He also made the u16 Northern Natal rugby team in 2016 and received Honours as school colours.

This year he made the u18 Sharks Country District team and had the opportunity to participate at the Craven Week held in Johannesburg.

With such achievements under his belt, it is no question that this 17-year-old is a force to be reckoned with.

Despite these amazing achievements, Ndumiso’s dream of going to Argentina might remain just a dream as his parents are struggling to raise the R41 000 for the trip.

Ndumiso is seeking donations and sponsorships to help make this dream a reality.
