Name of fitness club: Zumba by Cara (Cara Lee Joubert)
What does it specialise in? Traditionally, Zumba is dance fitness that combines the Latin American rhythms of Salsa, Meringue, Cumbia and Reggaeton to create a full body-cardio workout. More modern variations of Zumba include Indian and African rhythms. We usually add hip-hop or jazz movements to our routines to add even more spice to our party vibe.
Why would you suggest it to the next person? Zumba routines are easy to follow and cater for all fitness levels. Beginner to advanced. Zumba is a great way to socialise and create self-confidence through dance. Warning : Zumba can make you feel like Shakira by the end of a workout. It’s fabulous.
